We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our customer service and operations team in our CLT (Charlotte, NC) office. The ideal candidate will have import freight forwarding and customs house brokerage experience. |
| Duties: | Responsibilities include communicating with customers regarding shipments, providing quotations, booking of shipments, processing import documents, confirming movement (track and trace), and issuance of our invoice. |
| Qualifications: | Fanatical customer service and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Detailed organization capabilities and a desire and ability to follow projects through to completion
The ability to care for our customers and take positive actions for their benefit
Bachelor degree preferred
Secondary languages rewarded
Industry certifications rewarded (i.e. HAZMAT, CCS)
